What happens after I place my order?
After you complete your purchase, we will contact you with a brief questionnaire to get a firm picture of your needs. We will also request any logo, images, or design elements at that time. Once all needed materials are provided, we will start on your pin designs. Turnaround time varies based on the size of the package so an estimated delivery time will be provided after you order.
Can I add this to an existing service?
Absolutely. It can be purchased as a stand-alone item, even if you never purchase any of our services.
You can also purchase a package to go with an account set-up or strategy guide. If you want to make it an add-on to a recurring monthly management plan, just let us know.
Do I need to provide my own photos?
We can complete your pins with free stock photos. If you have a membership to a paid stock photo site, please provide us with the necessary access.
If you have your own high-quality photos, we strongly encourage you to use those in your pins. This is a great way to stand out in your niche. Don’t have any? That’s OK, we will do our best to match the highest quality free stock photos to your topic.
I need new pins, but can’t afford to have them custom designed. What else can I do?
Sometimes it is just not in the budget. We’ve got you covered. Check out our Pinterest Templates Bundle for Canva. Canva’s basic account is free to use and you can fully customize our templates to use with your branding. Our Pinterest templates are developed to be high converting and with all the same best practices for Pinterest in mind. They will save you time and struggle. Who doesn’t love that?!
How do revisions work?
We will show you a few examples of the designs we are building early in the process to make sure it matches your brand/tone/aesthetic. Then, we complete your order. We design your pins based on Pinterest’s best practices and what we know works based on our extensive research of the platform and managing accounts. Editing and taking notes on a pin-by-pin basis is not worth your time or ours. If you like to be completely hands-on, micromanage every detail of a design, and are used to having multiple revisions for all your projects, we suggest you look for someone else.
